The PM StudyCoach™ Guidebook for PMI-ACP consists of 6 PDF guidebooks with a total of 42 pages, not counting the title pages for each guidebook.

What do you need to access the guidebooks?

You can download The PM StudyCoach™ Guidebook for PMI-ACP as a ZIP file right after your purchase in one of two ways

The Order Confirmation email includes a link for download straight from the email
The My Download section of your PM PrepCast store account allows you to re-download the ZIP file at a later date.

You can download the ZIP file a maximum of 5 times.

After downloading the ZIP file, you must extract the 6 PDF guidebooks. And (stating the obvious here) you need to use Adobe Acrobat (or another alternative reader) to view the PDF Guidebooks.

How long do I need to prepare for the exam using this guide?

The PM StudyCoach™ Guidebook is designed as a 6-week study plan, but you can go at your own pace to accelerate or slow down depending on your work/life schedule and target exam date.

The Guidebook uses a recommended schedule of one guidebook per week for 6 weeks.

If you have more time available, it’s easy to personalize your study plan by combining multiple guidebooks into one week. Use any extra time to do the "Go Beyond" assignments, as these will ensure you can apply the knowledge effectively in an exam setting and will contribute to feeling confident on test day.

What other products should I consider when purchasing the guide?

The PM StudyCoach Guidebooks for PMI-ACP were created specifically for students who purchased The Agile PrepCast Elite, which contains the PrepCast course and exam simulator. The Guidebooks contain specific instructions about which PrepCast lessons to watch and when and how to use the Simulator effectively.

If you purchased The Agile PrepCast Basic -- only the course without Simulator -- then you can still use the Guidebooks. Just ignore the recommendations for the simulator in each book.

However, we do not recommend the Guidebooks for students who do not have at least the Agile PrepCast Basic.

After purchasing, what are the steps to accessing the Guidebooks?

The guidebooks are delivered to you as a .zip file. Here is how to download, unzip and then view the PDF documents:

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE GUIDEBOOKS

Download and save the guidebooks .zip file either directly from inside of the "Thanks for your order" email or from the "My Downloads" section of your account in The PM Store.

This .zip file contains the PDF Guidebooks you will use as your study roadmap.

STEP 2: UN-ZIP THE GUIDEBOOKS

Locate the .zip file where you saved it in the previous step on your device.

The exact instructions for unzipping the file depend on the device you are using:

On a Windows device, right-click the file and choose ‘unzip’
On a Mac, right-click (or CTRL-click) on the file and choose ‘unzip’

Follow the instructions on your device to choose a location to save the individual files from inside the .zip file. Remember where you save them!

Note that you will need iOS 11 or above if you want to view the contents of a .zip file on an iPhone or iPad.

STEP 3: START YOUR STUDIES

Navigate to your saved PDF Guidebooks, open the first PM StudyCoach Guidebook, and start to work through the materials.

Obviouisly, you will need the Adobe Acrobat reader to open and view the PDF documents.
